Data: The predicted market trading volume in June will surge significantly, with Kalshi and Polymarket combined soaring 75% to $44.8 billion
According to The Block, the combined trading volume of Kalshi, Polymarket, and Polymarket US in June reached $44.8 billion, a 75% increase from May's $25.66 billion.
Among them, Kalshi performed the best, with a trading volume of $31.5 billion in June, a month-over-month increase of 87.4%; the main platform of Polymarket had a trading volume of $10.26 billion, a month-over-month increase of 45%; and the Polymarket US platform had a trading volume of $3.04 billion.
The report pointed out that the surge in trading volume was mainly due to the opening of the 2026 World Cup on June 11. Kalshi's World Cup champion prediction market has attracted over $832 million in bets.
